WHAT ARE THE POINTS OF STRENGHTS OF THE SYSTEM ?

-Discrectionality, that means flexibility among different market conditions;
-I trade DIVER with my own money;
-My first task is to keep the drawdown as low as possible and then to maximize return.
-Easy to implement; Can be traded manually; Low number of monthly trade and therefore low impact of commissions on results;
-Invest only in stocks with good fundamentals;
-Diversification among industies, sectors and commodities;
-Position sizing build according to stock volatility and stop in order to keep the risk balanced as much as possible in the portfolio.


WHAT ARE THE POINTS OF WEAKNESS OF THE SYSTEM ?

- Do not expect skyrocket profitability, or to doble the account in a few months.
The system is build to try to achieve a consistent profitability keeping drawdown as limited as possible.


I AM A NEW SUBSCRIBER. SHOULD I HAVE TO BUY ANY OF THE STOCK IN YOUR PORTFOLIO ?

Maybe it is not a good idea. The original buy set up may be far away and the risk-reward may not be optimal. I suggest to wait for the next buy signal.
On the other hand, I am available to discuss the current portfolio situation with each new subscriber, in order to figure out if some of the current positions could be added.


WHAT HAPPENS DURING BEAR MARKETS ?

-Inverse ETFs will be bought during long term market down trend, and some short positions will be taken.


HOW MANY OPEN POSITIONS WILL HAVE THE SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME?

Considering the starting capital of 30.000 $, the system may have from 0 to 12 positions at any given time.


DO YOU PERSONALLY TRADE THE SYSTEM WITH REAL MONEY ?

Yes I do. The position sizing is different because in my account I take also other trades, but the entry and exit points are exactly the same I take in my account.


WHY IS THE SYSTEM FREE ?

I have to introduce my trading system so the first months there will be no charge.


WHAT IS YOUR TRADING EXPERIENCE?

I have been full time trader since 2003, and trading is my main source of income.
I trade mainly stocks and etfs and less often futures and options.
I have been interested in trading more than 20 years.

HOW DO YOU USE STOPS?

I use soft stops, not placed in the market and they will activate near market close or at next day open. Anyway, whenever a new position is open or modified, I will inform the subscribers, through a commentary in the order message, where the stop is placed; in this way everyone can calculate the risk involved in each trade.
The risk of slippage is taken into account in the position sizing with the aim to have all the position below the 2% of capital as maximum risk.
Anyway I try to keep most of my stops around the 1% risk zone.

HOW DO YOU SELECT STOCKS?

I have a small list of candidates selected with a screening process that takes into accounts several factors such us earning trend and price relative strenght.
This list may change mostly after earning season.
Among this list of stock I will, first of all, look at the ones belonging at the strongest industries and then make the final selection based on technical analysis.
I have strong evidence that this process will increase the probability of selecting stocks that outperform the market.
In case of candidate for short positions, I reverse the process looking for stocks and industries at the bottom of the list.
Of course, I constantly keep updated my overall market analysis in order to decide to overweight long or short positions or stay aside.

HOW DO YOU SELECT ETFs?

I follow the main commodities markets, since the most important part of my personal trading is selling commodities options. Unfortunately this kind of trading cannot be replicated in C2, but I use my analysis of the commodities markets to look for opportunities in Commodities Etfs or Futures (see also my Commodity futures system DIVER COMM FUTURES)
The most important part of the analysis in commodities is checking the fundamentals and seasonality and then looking for technical entry signals only if they are in line with the overall macro picture of each commodity.
The big advantage to include commodities Etfs in the portfolio is the significant improvement of a real diversification with the stock markets where most of the secutities tends to move in the same direction most of the time.

A open position may be increased in the next days, mainly if it goes in the right direction, and under certain circumstances also if the price is slightly lower that the first entry. In any case the total position will mantain is risk below the maximum allowed of 2% of the capital.
As far as exits are concerned, I generally take partial profit at what I consider as first target with 1/3 or half position, and let the rest the position runs.

WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTED DRAWDOWN ?

Since I trade this system with my own money, I try to keep the drawdown as low as possible.
The diversification among stocks belonging to different industries and commodities Etfs is aimed to achieve this priority target.
I personally start to be unconfortable when the drawdown is above 20% so I work hard to try to stay well below it.
In the next days I will make an analisys of the DD based on the past trades in order to check any possible area of improvement.
